A Computing and Touch Base for Payment Workflows
A self service payment kiosk must guide the user from account lookup through review and confirmation without exposing sensitive settings. This 23.6-inch Windows panel PC provides a Full HD workspace for structured billing, fee or account-service applications. It is a hardware platform rather than a complete payment machine: card readers, PIN devices, printers and certified payment software must be supplied separately.
The screen has a 522 × 294 mm active area, 250 cd/m² brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and wide viewing angles. These values support indoor branches and protected service areas. The product is not specified for exposed outdoor payment stations.
Ten-Point PCAP Interaction
The projected-capacitive touchscreen supports ten touch points, USB communication, response below 6 ms and a listed accuracy of ±2 mm over most of the touch area. The 3 mm optically bonded glass provides more than 85% transmission. Payment applications should use large controls, clear transaction stages and an obvious cancellation path.
The available computers are an i5-4310M with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, or an i5-6100T with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Windows 10 or Windows 11 can be selected according to application compatibility and security policy.

Interfaces for Approved Peripherals
The self service payment kiosk platform provides RJ45 Ethernet, integrated Wi-Fi, four USB ports and HDMI. These connections give integrators options for external peripherals, but every device requires driver, power and software validation. Stereo audio can support prompts through two 5 W speakers.
The enclosure measures 584.9 × 360.9 × 50 mm and weighs approximately 8 kg. Power input is 100–240 V AC, maximum consumption is 45 W and standby use is below 1 W. The operating range is 0°C to 50°C. The finished cabinet must provide tamper resistance, privacy and regulatory compliance.

Payment integrators should map the failure paths before the cabinet is deployed. A card reader may be unavailable, a receipt printer may run out of paper or the network may interrupt a transaction. The Windows application needs to explain whether money was taken, how the user can obtain help and when it is safe to retry. The panel PC provides the interface, but the transaction logic and compliant error handling remain with the payment solution.
Privacy is equally important. The self service payment kiosk should clear account details after completion or inactivity, restrict administrative screens and position content so nearby people cannot easily read sensitive information. Testing these behaviors with the final cabinet, peripherals and staff procedures helps the buyer evaluate the complete service point rather than assuming hardware specifications alone create a secure payment experience.
