Select an Android Board for the Software Environment
The RK3288 configuration includes 2 GB RAM, 32 GB storage and Android 10. The RK3568 configuration includes 4 GB RAM, 32 GB storage and Android 11. The buyer should match the board to the room-control application, supported APIs, media requirements and long-term device-management plan.
Gigabit Ethernet can provide a reliable link to the building network. Wireless choices include 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or dual-band Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 4.2 or Bluetooth 5, depending on the selected platform. Two USB 2.0 ports support compatible accessories, while an HDMI input is listed for projects that need to display an external source. Control of lighting, HVAC or booking systems requires the buyer’s software and appropriate gateways; these functions are not built into the display by default.

A Compact Embedded Format for Interior Fixtures
